Return and Refund Policy
At Almaq Herbal Biotech, we offer a 100% no quibble money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our products that you have purchased from us, we will give you a 100% refund (excluding delivery charges and gift-wrapping where appropriate).
Returns for Refund: Returns must be received back into the warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. When returning goods, please quote the order number, your name, name of the product, and the reason for returning the goods.

Delays in Post: We issue a no quibble refund/replacement for products received back in our warehouse within 30 days. In case of shipments reaching us after 30 days due to unavoidable reasons like postal delays, we address the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Return Address: Customers should send the product(s) to their respective fulfillment centers. Check the respective fulfillment center printed on the invoice sent with the package.

Refund Process for Cash-on-Delivery Orders: For CoD orders, please share your bank account details with our customer service to receive your refund amount. You can write to us at [contact email] for more details.
Postage Expense: We do not refund users for the postage expense incurred for returning goods.
Replacement Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will give you a 100% refund (excluding delivery charges and gift-wrapping where appropriate). Returns must be received back into the warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. In a few cases, we arrange pickup at the earliest and ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner. Replacement is subject to stock availability. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount.
When Returns Are Not Possible: Returns are not possible in the following cases:
Partial Order Returns: If you have ordered multiple items, you can request a return for a part of the order. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Returns must be received back into the warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds: Refunds are provided only in cases of damage in transit or if a replacement cannot be provided due to no stock availability. A refund is issued once the products are received at our warehouse.
Replacement Request: A replacement is sent when the product that needs to be replaced is returned, and courier details are shared with us. The replacement of parcels will reach the customers within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.
Exchange: An exchange of unused products needs to be communicated within 30 days and reach our warehouse within 30 days from the date of shipment of the original order. Shipment charges need to be borne by the customer. Customers need to share courier details of the products to be exchanged with us. The replacement of parcels will reach the customer within 5-7 working days from the date of shipment.
